Why Your Role Matters 

We are seeking multiple Lecturer (Level B) and Senior Lecturer (Level C) positions to join AGSM’s Education Focussed academic team. These roles specialise in high-quality teaching for leaders and educational innovation, with opportunities to lead curriculum development, mentor colleagues, and contribute to UNSW’s teaching and learning community. 

Visa sponsorship and relocation allowance may be offered to the preferred candidates. 

 

Responsibilities 

As a Lecturer (Level B), you will: 

  • Deliver engaging teaching and learning experiences at postgraduate level. 

  • Design and develop innovative learning activities and assessments. 

  • Support student success through consultation and mentoring. 

  • Contribute to course administration and quality assurance. 

  • Maintain professional development in pedagogy and disciplinary knowledge. 

As a Senior Lecturer (Level C), you will additionally: 

  • Lead curriculum development and educational innovation. 

  • Mentor colleagues and foster a culture of teaching excellence. 

  • Build industry links and attract funding for learning and teaching initiatives. 

 

About You 

  • A PhD in a relevant discipline, such as AI and business analytics, finance, economics, marketing, strategy and sustainability or other business disciplines). 

  • Demonstrated excellence in post-experience teaching and curriculum design. 

  • Evidence of educational innovation and student engagement. 

  • Strong interpersonal, collaboration and organisational skills. 

  • Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.
