  • Remuneration: Level 6 $103,866 - $110,801 (depending on experience) + 17% super + leave loading

Why Your Role Matters:

As a Web Content Producer, you’ll play a key role in one of UNSW’s major digital transformation projects - the migration from Drupal to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Working closely with the Senior Web Producer and stakeholders across the Division, you’ll help shape the online experience for the UNSW community by creating, refining and optimising web content that is engaging, accessible and user-focused.
Your work will directly contribute to improving how UNSW staff and students find and interact with the information they need most.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit existing Drupal pages to determine which content to migrate, merge or retire.
  • Migrate content and assets to the Adobe Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
  • Design and build digital experiences in AEM and Figma, collaborating with stakeholders and incorporating student feedback.
  • Conduct user testing and apply UX and SEO best practices to optimise content performance.
  • Publish high-quality, accurate content in line with project timelines and track engagement using analytics.
  • Build strong relationships across teams to ensure every decision enhances the student experience.

About You:

You’re a creative and detail-driven digital communicator who thrives on producing content that makes a difference.

You’ll bring:

  • A qualification in digital experience, communications or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience creating and managing digital content and online communications.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with a collaborative approach.
  • A keen eye for detail and confidence using digital tools such as AEM, Figma and analytics platforms.
