The Senior Change Manager (Student Systems) provides both strategic leadership and hands-on delivery of change management across the student systems portfolio. This role is responsible for embedding consistent change frameworks, driving stakeholder engagement, ensuring benefit realisation, and leading key change activities from analysis through to implementation.
As a senior leader, you will guide a small team of change professionals, ensuring project-based delivery is seamlessly integrated with BAU training and adoption initiatives. You’ll work in close partnership with business leaders, IT, and governance forums to enhance organisational readiness and nurture a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Head of Student Systems & Projects, this role has up to eight direct reports and may also collaborate with other Change Management professionals across the organisation or within major project teams.
Main Responsibilities Summary

Define and embed change management frameworks, methodologies, and practices, applying them personally to key initiatives as needed

Lead end-to-end change activities including analysis, stakeholder engagement, planning, communications, and training

Report on change impacts, adoption outcomes, risks, and benefits to senior stakeholders and governance groups

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team to build capability and sustain a collaborative, adaptive culture

Demonstrated experience leading and personally delivering all aspects of change (analysis, planning, stakeholder engagement, communications, training) for large-scale initiatives

Proven capability in leading, coaching, and developing a team, fostering collaboration and professional growth
Candidates will need to have ongoing working rights – this role is not available for sponsorship. Occasional work outside standard hours may be required during peak change or go-live periods.
