Student systems sit at the heart of the university experience. As a Business Systems Specialist, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our student information systems are fit for purpose, compliant, and continuously improving.
The role acts as a functional and technical bridge between business users and IT, ensuring that Student Information Systems (SiMS) and integrated platforms support the effective delivery of the student lifecycle, from admissions through to graduation. It supports continuous improvement, solution optimisation, and service delivery excellence.

Support and deliver system enhancements, upgrades, and change requests, including testing and documentation

Partner with business owners to review current processes, identify pain points, and recommend practical, scalable solutions
You’re a systems-minded problem solver who enjoys improving how things work and helping others succeed. You bring a mix of business analysis capability, systems experience, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. You will bring:

Tertiary qualifications in information systems, business, education administration, or equivalent practical experience
