• Employment Type: Ongoing Full Time (35-hour week)  
• Remuneration: $103K - $110K depending on experience + 17% super

In this role, you’ll be responsible for the successful delivery and implementation of digital marketing automation to maximise lead generation and enrolment conversion for Future Students in support of achieving international or local enrolment targets.  
 
You’ll co-ordinate prospective student communications, using marketing automation to guide prospective students from first contact to application. Working closely with recruitment, content, and marketing teams, you’ll help create landing pages, build automated workflows, and deliver seamless, data-driven campaigns. Alongside campaign execution, you’ll also be monitoring performance, optimising messaging, and reporting on outcomes to support continuous improvement. 
 
This is a permanent, full-time role (35 hours per week, Monday to Friday), with hybrid working arrangements available. The position is internally titled Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator, reports to the Digital Marketing Lead, and does not have any direct reports.

We have an annual shutdown from the 22nd of December until the 5th of January, during which the successful person will be required to take leave; one of the benefits of working at UNSW is that all full time and part time employees get 3 extra days of leave paid over that end of the year break.
