The Faculty Recruitment Officer is responsible for supporting the management of faculty product portfolios and achieving program-level recruitment targets. This position requires expertise in faculty product marketing to optimise program positioning, enhance product recruitment knowledge, and execute targeted recruitment activities driven by both central teams and individual faculties.  
 
This role is crucial in supporting and meeting future student load planning targets by coordinating and implementing key recruitment and marketing activities for the faculty. The successful person will represent the faculty in a variety of student recruitment contexts, both domestically and internationally, as required. Additionally, they will maintain a key supportive function in connecting the Faculty and future student recruitment teams, ensuring that faculty needs are addressed while collaborating with Central recruitment teams and the Marketing Strategy and Content Team to achieve superior outcomes for the UNSW community. 
 
The Faculty Recruitment Officer reports to the Senior Recruitment Product Manager and has no direct reports. This is a fixed term contract until March 2027.

The role operates Monday to Friday, business hours; there will be occasional work in some evenings (events or work trips) and weekends (Open Days). Flexible working arrangements are available (generally 3 days in the office, 2 days home). 
 
 
This role is not available for sponsorship candidates needs to have full working rights for the duration of the contract.
