Your new role
As Team Assistant, you will provide vital administrative and project support to the Housing & Property Operations team. You will be responsible for coordinating communications, managing documents and templates, supporting contracts and tenders, assisting with events and projects, and maintaining systems and records to ensure smooth team operations. The role also involves liaising with internal and external stakeholders and contributing to the delivery of strategic and operational priorities across Uniting’s extensive property portfolio.

Your skills and experience
You are a highly organised, calm under-pressure and approachable individual who is accustomed to working in a busy environment. You’re able to anticipate the needs of those you support, and can manage multiple tasks and stakeholders with care and efficiency.
You bring previous experience in providing administrative support to senior leaders and are well-versed in the MS Office suite of applications. You have strong interpersonal and communication skills and are known for your professional demeanour and can-do attitude.
