About the role

As the Centre Director, you are expected to lead a team which provides high quality early childhood education and care to children.

  • To ensure the provision of an environment which reflects a safe, inclusive, responsive and supportive program where the interests and needs of the child are the foundation for the creation of the educational programs.
  • To ensure partnerships are developed with families and in the community; profiling and marketing the service.

About you

For this role you will have:

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education as approved by the Australian Children’s Education and Care Quality Authority.
  • Demonstrated understanding of quality frameworks and continuous quality improvement processes.
  • Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of early childhood development and education.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Early Years Learning and Development Frameworks and National Quality Framework.
