Your new role

In this role as Team Leader S2H, you will be responsible for providing leadership, guidance, and day-to-day support to Assertive Outreach and Multi-Disciplinary Supportive Housing teams. You will oversee program operations to ensure they align with budgetary requirements, maintain and strengthen stakeholder relationships, and ensure accurate data collection and reporting.

Your skills and experience
  • A tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
  • Experience in Coordinating a service delivery program within a highly demanding environment
  • Extensive knowledge of the homelessness sector in the Central Highlands area, with a distinct knowledge of those who are rough sleeping and chronically homeless
  • Ability to engage and work effectively with consumers experiencing homelessness in a respectful, compassionate and appropriate manner.
  • Experience leading, coaching and developing staff
