Your new role
As a Program Administration Support Officer you will provide administrative and rostering support to the Therapeutic Residential Care team in the South.
You will be responsible for program administration, financial tasks and provides responsive administrative support to program staff. A key deliverable will be the completion of rostering requirements on a daily basis to ensure shifts are covered with appropriate staff, with minimal use of agency staff, and ensuring that relevant checks are completed for rostered staff.

Your skills and experience
You will bring with you:
- Certificate in Business Administration or relevant qualification (desirable)
- Current Victorian driver’s license.
- Solid experience working in Administrative roles
- Demonstrated ability to provide safe environments for children and young people and protect them from abuse and neglect.
- Well-developed skills in office administration and associated systems. (essential)
- Sound financial record keeping and attention to detail.
