Responsibilities:
Brand and Communications:
-
Assist Department Head in developing and executing integrated communications and branding strategies that strengthen corporate reputation and brand presence
-
Act as a brand guardian, ensuring consistency across all communication channels, campaigns and brand touchpoints

Identify and develop compelling stories from projects, people and business initiatives that showcase Leighton Asia's expertise, culture and achievements
Event Management
-
Lead the end-to-end planning, coordination and delivery of key corporate events and exhibitions
-
Manage event budget, concept development, stakeholder engagement, schedules, logistics, vendor management, and on-site execution to ensure successful delivery and alignment with business objectives
Content Creation
-
Create and deliver high-quality content for internal and external communication channels including social media, website, intranet and media release, ensuring company news is published in a timely manner

Develop compelling corporate communications collaterals including but not limited to brochures, advertisements, posters and presentations, video that enhance audience engagement and brand visibility
Stakeholder management
Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or related disciplines
-
Minimum 8 years of solid experience in corporate communications, event management, marketing communications, preferably from multinational corporations or sizable organizations

Proven track record in event management, content creation and brand-building initiatives

High proficient in spoken and written English

Excellent writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to develop impactful content for diverse audiences and communications platforms

Highly adaptable and organized in a matrix organizational structure, with the ability to collaborate across functions, cultures and geographic locations

Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and project management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Experience using digital content creation tools, including Adobe Express and relevant multimedia platforms to produce impactful visuals
