Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and implement the business unit‑wide Quality strategy and programs
• Develop and embed quality systems, processes, and governance frameworks across projects
• Provide expert guidance to project teams on quality management systems, contract requirements, and statutory compliance
• Oversee quality governance, audits, inspections, and ISO accreditation requirements
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support digital transformation of quality processes
• Act as key liaison with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, certification bodies, and government authorities
• Enforce the Quality Governance Framework and attend regular review meetings to monitor and improve project performance

Job Requirement:

• Degree in a construction‑related discipline
• Minimum 12–15 years’ experience in Quality Management within construction industry
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and quality/environmental management systems
• Proven experience leading teams and driving strategy at business unit or large project level
• Experience working in multi‑cultural environments
