Job Overview
Experienced Civil Engineering professional with over three years of project planning expertise, proficient in P6, Asta Powerproject, and Tilos. Skilled in developing and managing detailed project schedules, optimizing resource use, and integrating 4D planning technologies. Adept at identifying schedule deviations, implementing corrective actions, and coordinating with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to improve timelines. Provides strong advisory support on entitlement claims, risk management, and overall project delivery.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in planning software (e.g., P6, Asta PP, Tilos).
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, stakeholder management, and contracts.
Role Highlights:
- Create and manage project schedules with a focus on optimal resource utilization.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate 4D planning and innovative technologies.
