Bid & Tender Business Partner

The Opportunity 

This is more than a bid writing role it’s a chance to shape how we win and grow. 

As a Bid & Tender Business Partner, you’ll sit at the centre of our most important opportunities, working with Sales Leads and senior stakeholders to bring compelling, high-quality submissions to life. 

You’ll play a key role in identifying the right opportunities, crafting winning strategies, and delivering submissions that stand out in a competitive market. 

In this role, you will: 

  • Partner with Sales Leads to shape, manage and deliver end-to-end bid submissions across a national portfolio 
  • Bring complex operational solutions to life through clear, compelling and customer-focused writing 
  • Work across the business to draw out insights, data and differentiators that strengthen our value proposition 
  • Use tools like Loopio, an enterprise bid management system to improve efficiency, consistency and response quality 
  • Maintain and enhance our Loopio Knowledge Library, helping us get smarter with every submission 
  • Lead and contribute to post-bid reviews, turning insights into better outcomes next time 
  • Support tenders anywhere upwards of $500K to large comp $50M+, with exposure to high-impact, business-critical opportunities 

About You 

You might already be an experienced Bid & Tender professional or you could be a strong Bid Coordinator ready to take the next step. 

What matters most is your ability to bring structure, clarity and impact to every submission. 

You’re someone who thrives on turning detail into clarity and ideas into impact. 

You enjoy working with people across the business, can confidently challenge and influence, and take pride in delivering high-quality work under pressure. 

You’ll bring: 

  • Experience in bids, tenders or proposal coordination/writing (typically 2–5+ years)  
  • Confidence in writing, editing or contributing to compelling bid responses  
  • The ability to translate operational or technical information into clear, customer-focused content  
  •  Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple inputs, deadlines and stakeholders  
  •  A collaborative approach and willingness to learn from experienced Tender Leads and leaders  
  •  A mindset focused on continuous improvement and delivering better outcomes every time
