The Opportunity

We seek a proactive, experienced Operations Supervisor to join our Health Services Business Unit based on-site at Bibra Lake, WA. To support your success, you will lead the AM operations shift and be supported by a leading hand and management.  

  • Monitor Operations performance, maintain safe operations practices. Continuously manage and review performance metrics activity, Ensure that all operational tasks are conducted in accordance with statutory requirements.  

  • Maximise production output and , Report, manage and investigate incidents, conduct drug and alcohol testing, and conduct performance reviews and audits. 

  • Maintain key Equipment and manage contractors safely and affectively  

  • Effective and visual communication with the operational Team on expectations and objectives for the month ahead through toolbox talks, conducting required training, and maintaining visual performance reports. 

  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies for all Operations-related matters and improved planning. 

  • Build and lead a cohesive team of Operational staff in the shift to ensure optimal performance and a proactive approach that consistently delivers high-performance outcomes. 

 About You 

  • Operational leadership experience in a supervision capacity. 

  • Demonstrated technical and analytical ability to identify and define problems, extract key information from data to identify patterns or trends, test and verify the cause of the problem, and develop solutions to resolve the problem. 

  • You will have demonstrated skills in relationship management coupled with a high level of written and verbal communication. 

  • You lead from the front and have a track record of exceptional people management skills in building rapport, change strategies and setting the pace, coaching, mentoring, people development, and performance management.  

  • You are tech-savvy and can pick things up quickly. You are proficient in using the Microsoft Office suite, CRM software, and GPS systems.
