The Opportunity
As the Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the backbone of our operations team, ensuring compliance requirements are met and processes run smoothly. This role suits someone with strong administrative skills, a knack for managing priorities, and the ability to liaise across all levels of the business.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage compliance documentation and records

Assist with internal and external audits
-
Coordinate and manage operational calendars, schedules, and reporting deadlines

Analyse operational data and prepare reports for management

Use Microsoft Office Suite, Planner, OneNote, and Teams to streamline workflows and communication

Liaise with supervisors, drivers, and customers to support day-to-day operations

Provide ad hoc administrative support as required
About You

Strong background in customer service and administration

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Confident with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools (Planner, OneNote, Teams)

Strong data analysis and reporting skills

Ability to build positive working relationships across teams

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
