The Opportunity
Based in Wedgefield, WA, the Administration Officer will play a key role in supporting our business goals by delivering high-quality administrative support and providing professional customer service.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the potential to become permanent.
In this role, you will:
- Deliver excellent administration and customer service to allocated contracts and sites.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with stakeholders and support functions to meet and exceed customer needs.
- Maintain accurate data records and ensure end-to-end processes are executed in line with company policies and finance timelines.
- Continuously enhance service delivery by learning new technical skills and developing existing capabilities.
About You
You’re someone who takes pride in delivering accurate, timely, and professional support. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, are confident working with different stakeholders, and enjoy being part of a team that’s committed to sustainability.
What you’ll bring:
- Intermediate competency with the MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and manage expectations
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Experience with Salesforce is highly regarded but not essential
