The Opportunity
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Resource & Operations Coordinator to join our Solid Waste Services team. This newly created role, based at the Carrapateena mine site in South Australia, on a Monday to Friday, Monday to Thursday, rotating FIFO or DIDO roster, is critical to supporting long-term workforce stability and operational efficiency across one of our key client sites.
This role will act as the primary point of contact between Cleanaway and the Client, ensuring the seamless coordination of waste services while maintaining strict adherence to environmental and safety standards. Additionally, the role will drive continuous improvement initiatives and support strategic oversight across the contract.
About You
Our ideal candidate will have strong experience in workforce coordination and operations scheduling in an industrial environment.
- Confident with software systems and tools, and you know how to keep data accurate and actionable.
- Understand the importance of compliance and onboarding in high-risk or industrial environments.
- Great communication skills, who can manage multiple moving parts and keep everyone aligned.
- Solutions-focused, cost-conscious, and have a track record of delivering efficiencies through smart workforce management.
