Process Operators/Labourers
- Permanent - Full time position – Narangba, QLD
- $40.14 per hour + penalties for overtime
- Monday to Friday, 6am starts
- Full Uniforms and training provided
The Oils and Technical Services (OTS) division of Cleanaway services much more than your standard collection of household waste. Our team supports the collection, treatment, processing and recycling of liquid and hazardous waste, including industrial waste, paints and oils
Your new role:
- Perform loading and unloading of packaged waste vehicles
- Decant, clean, repackage, store, and dispose of packaged waste
- Sample and treat packaged waste as directed and/or required
- Conduct waste sample analysis
- General site cleaning
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in working in a machine/plant environment preferrable
- Experience operating machinery in an industrial environment preferrable
- Experience in waste processing and or wastewater treatment facilities would be advantageous
- Be fit and healthy as this is a physically demanding role
- Chemical handling favourable
- Current Car licence
- Forklift, Excavator, Loader or HR Licence advantageous
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug test
