The Opportunity
Based in Malaga, WA, the Territory Manager (TM) is a hybrid role, responsible for gaining new customers and revenue for Cleanaway in addition to retaining and growing a profitable portfolio of existing Cleanaway customers within a defined geographical territory across the Northwest Region of WA, including Karratha, Port Hedland, Kunnunara and Broome.
The TM is accountable for best-in-class account management, pipeline and contract maintenance, meeting budgets, targets and KPI’s as set by the business.
- Ensure portfolio of customers is secure under contract/service agreements as per set targets.
- Maintain the opportunity pipeline of new prospects and major re-signs being negotiated in accordance with agreed targets and pricing criteria.
- Provide written reports on sales activity and other relevant information each week to a deadline
- Take ownership of sales systems including utilisation of CRM, SalesForce.
- Ensure all customer contracts are stored in SalesForce.
- Proactively manage customer and prospect relationships to gain, retain and grow Cleanaway’s revenue and market share.
About You
You will be a resilient, target-driven, business-to-business sales professional with the ability to sell total solutions to a range of businesses across multiple industry sectors and regional locations across Northwest WA.
- Significant experience in converting prospects/quotes to profitable new business or developing existing customers to maximise organic Statement of Work (SOW) revenue growth.
- Ability to utilise interpersonal and sales skills at multiple levels to maximise sales outcomes.
- Proven commercial acumen and ability to negotiate terms & positive billed revenue.
- Ability to manage time and competing priorities effectively.
- Able to travel to meet existing and potential clients in Northwest WA, approximately 3-4 days every 8 weeks.
