Territory Manager – Construction & Demolition (North Brisbane)

About the Role
Are you a go-getter who thrives on winning new business, meeting clients face-to-face, and closing deals? Cleanaway is looking for a high-energy, career-driven Territory Manager to join our passionate team, focused on the Construction and Demolition sector across North Brisbane.

What you’ll be doing:
- Proactively identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through face-to-face engagement across North Brisbane.
- Building strong, lasting relationships with current and potential clients.
- Developing and executing sales strategies to drive market growth and increase Cleanaway’s presence in the industry.
- Providing accurate and timely reporting on business development activities.
- Managing your territory efficiently using our CRM system (Salesforce) to track leads, opportunities, and client information.
What we’re looking for:
We’re after someone with real drive and determination – a self-starter who’s passionate about sales and keen to build a long-term career with Australia’s leading waste management company.
You’ll bring:
- A proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
- Confidence and enthusiasm to engage clients face-to-face and win them over.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A strong work ethic and a results-focused mindset.
- A current driver’s licence and your own reliable vehicle.
- Bonus points for experience in the construction or waste management sectors – but it’s not essential.
