We are looking for passionate, dynamic professionals to build this multi-outlet destination from the ground up.

WE ARE HIRING FOR 4 KEY ROLES:

1. Head Chef

• Remuneration: $100,000 Base + 12% Superannuation

• The Role: Lead a central production kitchen servicing four unique outlets (two vibrant cafés, a fresh-forward salad bar, and a bold Italian concept). Design standout menus, manage end-to-end production, take ownership of P&L, and build a high-performing team culture.

• The Person: Proven Head Chef/Senior Kitchen leadership experience with a strong retail/high street food background. Commercially savvy, Cert III in Commercial Cookery, and Food Safety Supervisor qualified.

2. Sous Chef / Baker

• Remuneration: $85,000 Base + 12% Superannuation

• The Role: Take complete ownership of our in-house bakery operation. Produce all house-made artisan breads and baked goods from scratch, lead and train a small team, and collaborate with the Head Chef on menu innovation.

• The Person: Minimum 3 years’ professional baking experience with a Cert III in Baking (essential) or Cert III in Commercial Cookery. A skilled artisan baker and natural leader.

3. Chef de Partie

• Remuneration: $35.00 Per Hour + Penalty Rates + 12% Superannuation

• The Role: Deliver exceptional fine dining, executive catering, and polished corporate events for a prestigious client. Responsible for food prep, function work, high-volume cooking, stock control, and maintaining top-tier HACCP compliance.

• The Person: Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery (Mandatory). Highly organised, fast-paced, and possesses an understanding of café-style or high-end corporate food.

4. Line Chef

• Remuneration: $29.88 Per Hour + Penalty Rates + 12% Superannuation

• The Role: Elevate your culinary career by crafting exceptional fine dining experiences and high-volume corporate catering. Support the team across food preparation, cooking, cleaning, and strict adherence to food safety standards.

• The Person: Minimum Cert III in Commercial Cookery (Mandatory). Works efficiently under pressure, functions perfectly as part of a team, and holds a strong understanding of OH&S regulations.
