ESS Defence provides food service and hospitality support to Defence sites across Australia. We deliver high quality meals and service that support the wellbeing of Australian Defence Force personnel.
We are seeking a Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at HMAS Penguin, Mosman. This is a great opportunity for candidates with hospitality or customer service experience looking for stable weekday hours in a supportive environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist with food preparation, service and cleaning duties
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Support dining room and service operations
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and HACCP standards
• Work both independently and as part of a team
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience in hospitality, food service or customer service preferred
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Reliable with a strong customer service focus
