THE POSITION :

• General Handyperson duties
• Responding to service requests for building maintenance
• Understand the scope of work required and execute
• Adhere to health, safety and security procedures

THE PERSON:

• Team player with the ability to work autonomously
• High level attention to detail with strong time management
• Excellent client relationship skills
• Relevant technical or trade qualification
