Be the strategic force behind workforce agility
Join us as the LWS East Workforce Planner and take the lead in shaping agile, future‑focused workforce strategies across the East Relief Pool. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure seamless alignment between operational priorities, labor budgets, and business objectives.

 

What You’ll Do

Your expertise will drive accurate labor forecasting, trend analysis, and end‑to‑end scheduling for contingent staff, supported by robust rostering systems that deliver precision and efficiency. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you’ll design cost‑effective workforce solutions that enhance service excellence, while championing performance standards for casual and agency teams.

This is your opportunity to influence continuous improvement initiatives that boost labor efficiency, strengthen compliance, and elevate operational outcomes across a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 2 years Industry experience at supervisory level
  • Workforce management experience including data analytic skills
  • Proactively work with business and suppliers to understand issues and improve
  • Strong operational acumen with the ability to manage a diverse team across many sites
  • Ability to form productive relationships with clients and individuals from diverse backgrounds
  • Computer proficient – ability to use IT systems to maintain efficient operations
  • Desirable Experience with Emprevo, Deputy and MYOB
