THE POSITION:
- Lead and manage all site operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and high-quality service delivery.
- Foster a positive, professional, and performance-driven team culture.
- Ensure full compliance with company health, safety, and security standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and residents by managing expectations proactively.
- Oversee budgets with expertise in food costing and labour budgets.
- A proven leader with experience overseeing medium to large sites, ideally within villages, hotels, or broader hospitality environments.
- Someone with a solid understanding of both culinary and cleaning operations, and the ability to bring teams together across these areas.
- Commercially minded, with confidence in financial reporting and a strong awareness of contractual requirements.
- A skilled communicator who builds strong relationships and collaborates effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
- A proactive problem-solver with strong negotiation and decision-making abilities, and the capacity to stay calm and think clearly under pressure.
