Restaurant Associates has an enviable track record, working with some of the most prestigious venues and corporations in the world. From grand gala events, corporate cocktail parties to intimate gatherings, we provide bespoke food solutions and exceptional dining experiences.
This role will encompass operational, stakeholder management, compliance and commercial management across both Sydney and Melbourne and will see you leading our Food and Beverage and Guest services teams. This is a role for a focused, highly compliant and motivated manager to work in close partnership with our client, meeting the service and delivery standards required across the business.
THE PERSON
- Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service
- Conceive, review and implement ongoing process and service improvements
- Development and implementation of initiatives or change programs or to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Achieving client satisfaction and contract retention goals through maintaining and improving existing relationships with key clients
- Manage multiple stakeholder relationships and project deadlines with competing priorities
- Positively influence change with stakeholders on different levels
- Oversee catering at a high level for events and functions (internal and external stakeholders)
- Monthly financial & budgetary reporting, and identify opportunities to streamline business needs an optimise profit
THE PERSON:
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role / multi-site management experience
- Minimum 5 years Hospitality leadership experience (Hospitality or Business qualifications well regarded
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage a budget
- Thorough understanding & awareness of all contractual obligations
- Excellent communication and personal skills, evidence of building successful business relationships at the senior executive level, with advanced stakeholder management skills
- Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective, engaged, and motivated teams
- Highly compliance oriented, with strong attention to detail & reporting capabilities
