We are seeking a skilled Hospitality Operations Supervisor to oversee daily operations and uphold exceptional service across a premium corporate environment. You’ll lead our Food & Beverage and Guest Services team in Sydney, manage stakeholder relationships, ensure compliance, and support strong commercial outcome. All while partnering closely with our client to deliver a seamless, world-class hospitality experience.

THE PERSON

  • Oversee all aspects of the food and beverage operation, fostering a strong service-focused culture within the team
  • Lead, support, and develop the team to optimise performance, achieve budget targets, and drive continuous growth
  • Build productive, respectful relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client and guest satisfaction
  • Implement and uphold all WH&S procedures to ensure a safe and compliant working environment

THE POSITION

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in corporate hospitality supervision or hotel operations
  • You take ownership of your responsibilities and approach the operation as if it were your own
  • You have a sharp eye for detail and a commitment to delivering consistently exceptional experiences, with a strong focus on people, product, and service
  • You lead from the front with a hands-on, collaborative approach, engaging and supporting the team to deliver exceptional experiences.
  • You possess a solid understanding of the operational fundamentals that drive a successful business, along with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions
