The Position

• Lead the barista and food services operations
• Junior campus online order production
• Basic food preparation and cooking
• Preparing online orders by class group for each meal period
• Stock control and ordering
• POS operation
• Engagement with junior students, staff and parents alike
• General cleaning duties
• Food safety and allergen management compliance.
• Showcase excellent time management skills
• Maintaining the service area to high standards

The Person

• Previous experience in a similar role
• A passion for food and delivering exceptional customer service 
• Excellent communication skills and confidence in leading a team
• Strong knowledge of Food safety and allergen management
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Hold a Blue Card, or ability to obtain one
• Previous experience in hospitality supervision
• Strong barista skills and a passion for quality coffee
