$32 per hour + 12% super

• Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00am–3:00pm, offering strong work–life balance.

The Compass Group Recruitment team are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team at Trinity School. This role is suited to an experienced front of house supervisor - whether from an events, restaurant, catering or hotel background.

About the Role

• Shift management
• POS and cashiering
• Ordering, stocktake, and rotation of supplies
• Rostering, training, and leading small team

About You

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role
• Competent Barista
• A strong leader with the ability to manage a team
• High level of attention to detail
• A friendly, customer-focused attitude
• Ability to obtain a Working With Children Check
