We’re seeking dedicated and reliable Cleaners to join our team supporting the Australian Defence Force through our ESS (Defence, Offshore & Remote) business. You’ll play an important role in maintaining a clean, safe and welcoming environment for Defence personnel living and working on base. 

As part of the Compass Group, you’ll be working in a supportive team that values safety, respect, and excellence every day. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• General cleaning duties across accommodation, offices, and common areas 

• Maintaining cleaning equipment and storage areas 

• Following safety and hygiene standards and site-specific procedures 

• Providing exceptional service with attention to detail 

• Working effectively within a team to meet daily cleaning schedules 

What we’re looking for: 

• Previous cleaning, housekeeping or facilities experience (highly regarded) 

• A strong focus on safety and teamwork 

• Good communication skills and reliability 

• Flexibility to work across various shifts, including weekends if required 

• Ability to obtain and maintain a National Police Check and Defence clearance 

• Australian Citizenship is a mandatory requirement for this position
