We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Unit Manager to join our dedicated team at Mercy Hospital for Women. 

THE POSITION

• Manage and mentor catering staff, ensuring seamless service delivery.
• Oversee compliance related to food safety, WHS and quality.
• Ensure stock control and cost management delivers on budget.
• Work with your team to guarantee an amazing dining experience every day!

THE PERSON

• Experienced in effective budget management and delivery.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and standards around food services.
• Possess a National Police Clearance and flu vaccination (or be willing to obtain).
• Have intermediate computer literacy
