THE POSITION

• Washing high volume of dishes with a commercial dish washer
• Assist with food preparation and basic cooking tasks.
• Set up and serve meals in the dining areas.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and allergy management procedures.
• Support the wider catering team with day-to-day kitchen operations.

THE PERSON

• Experience working in a commercial kitchen as a kitchen hand
• Friendly, reliable, and works well in a team.
• Good communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced setting.
