Compass Group is looking for reliable and hard-working Kitchen Hands to join our team at a respected education site in Geelong. This role offers the opportunity to be part of a professional kitchen team that values collaboration and consistency.

The Position
• Support chefs with basic food prep and back-of-house tasks
• Operate dishwashers and maintain a hygienic kitchen environment
• Keep equipment and workspaces clean and safe
• Follow all food safety and OH&S procedures

The Person
• Prior experience in a commercial kitchen is an advantage
• Punctual, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious
• Works well in a team and under pressure
• Holds or is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check and Police Check
