The Position
• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality meals with care and precision
• Ensure food safety, allergen management, and dietary compliance
• Collaborate with the Head Chef and site management to deliver excellence
• Champion sustainability and minimise food waste
• Maintain a safe and hygienic working environment

The Person
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (minimum requirement)
• Prior experience as a Chef in a similar environment
• A proactive team player with strong communication skills
• High energy and professionalism in both kitchen and client interactions
• Able to obtain a National Police Check and/or Working with Children Check
