We are seeking a reliable and experienced barista to operate a high-volume coffee cart independently. This role requires someone who can consistently deliver excellent coffee while working autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

THE POSITION

• Utilise your solid understanding to prepare top-notch coffee and drinks with consistency and precision
• Responsible for cleaning, stock control, maintenance, and daily step down of machine
• Speed, efficiency and quality is vital - as is the ability to set, adjust, correct machine and grinder settings
• Provide friendly, welcoming service, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Basic food prep and function support when required
• More hours available to right candidate with opportunity to work other shifts too

THE PERSON 

• Good communication skills with a team-first mentality
• Great work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multi-task 
• Previous Catering Assistant experience preferred
• Minimum 2 years of barista experience in a high-volume setting
• Ability to work independently and manage the coffee cart solo
• Baseline Security Clearance
• Be reliable, well-organised and full of passion for what you do
