The Position

• Accountable for accurate stock takes, leading to minimise discrepancies and efficient inventory and ordering processes
• Build strong relationships with clients and develop a thorough understanding of all contractual requirements and KPI's.
• Financial Oversight: Lead staff to achieve targets through rigorous reporting, forecasting and constant team training.
• People Management: Inspire your team with timely feedback and foster a high-performance culture that drives the account forward.
• Lead a high performing team across service excellence.
• Business Operations: Develop and implement strategies, assess performance, and align resources with our overall goals.
• Develop and implement financial growth strategies across all areas of operations.
• Establish and maintain an environmentally sustainable workplace.
• Industry Insight: Monitor trends and provide support during significant organisational changes. 

The Person

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an account or relationship management role, preferably in the logistics industry
• Excellent communicator comfortable with building and maintaining relationships on many different levels, with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
• You must have a “can-do attitude”, and whilst you may be an excellent communicator, you must be a bigger “doer” that achieves results.
• Experienced in leading large, complex teams across multiple locations.
