We will provide vital services, including patient services, environmental services, food, security, help desk, and more. As public hospitals with clinical services provided by Western Health and Peninsula Health, these state-of-the-art facilities will play a key role in supporting the community—be part of something bigger and help shape the future of healthcare in Victoria. 

THE ROLE 

• Monitor CCTV, alarms, and electronic systems to maintain real-time oversight of hospital activity. 
• Coordinate with security staff and emergency teams during incidents, giving clear and timely direction. 
• Keep accurate records of security events, system checks, and daily activities. 
• Support emergency response by providing fast, reliable information and coordination. 

THE PERSON 

• Certificate II Security Operations mandatory (CPP20218) or higher.  
• Confident using CCTV and security control room systems. 
• Strong situational awareness, calm under pressure, and fast decision-making. 
• Clear, assertive communication and ability to follow security procedures.
