THE POSITION

• Working closely with the general services and project manager to support day to day mobilisation of the New Footscray Hospital.
• Manage daily schedules, provide support in meetings and triage queries and correspondence.  
• Create MS PowerPoint presentations for client submissions.
• Undertake core operational administrative data entry and reporting functions as required.
• Manage the administrative aspects of mobilisation.
• Maintain accurate records of mobilisation activities and ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
• Data entry and word processing
• Coordinating with multiple stakeholders

THE PERSON:

• Previous experience in similar role.
• High level organisation and administration.
• Ability to manage and set multiple schedules.
• Proficient in full Microsoft Office Suite - Outlook, excel, word & PowerPoint.
• Experience using Aconex (desirable not required).
• Comfortable taking and sending meeting minute, providing support in meetings.
• Previous exposure to similar role in facilities management or construction.
• Exposure to outsourced government contracts.
• Ability to read and follow contracts.
• Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills.
