Position:

• Oversee food production with a focus on retail catering and functions/events
• Ability to  design and implement a variety of menus for Uni students through to VIP events, functions and sit down dinners
• Responsible for food costs, allergen management plan, HACCP requirements and safety at all sites
• Staff mentoring, training & liaising with the client and other key stakeholders
• Maintain efficient culinary operations  across all WSU sites; including Campbelltown, Parramatta South, Parramatta City, Narimba, Hawkesbury and Yarramundi house.

The Person;

• Previous kitchen management experience across multi site ie: high volume / bulk catering/ retail environment (mandatory)
• Minimum 4 years leadership experience training mentoring and developing teams 
• A highly structured and organised approach, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• Experience in HACCP, food safety and infection control 
• Current National police Check (or able to obtain)
• Own vehicle & current drivers licence required
