THE POSITION

• Maintain effective customer and client relationships
• Mentor your co-workers
• Ensure front of house is clean, well presented and operating effectively
• Support back of house to set up the food service area ensuring meals are presented according to our brand standards
• Support the chef and manager to perform admin duties and assist with training new team members
• Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room and servery areas
• Strong focus on Food & People safety

THE PERSON

• Current Blue Card, or ability to obtain
• Experience leading and directing a team to present high quality food and beverages
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong computer literacy
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
