THE POSITION

• Lead catering services, including residential meals, functions, and events.

• Coach, mentor, and support every team member to reach their full potential.
• Oversee all administrative and compliance functions within your portfolio

• Qualifications in hospitality, with business management skills highly regarded.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and people management skills.
• Proven success in a comparable or multi-site catering environment.
• A proactive, professional, and positive leader with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training, and developing hospitality professionals.
