THE POSITION
- Chef duties: Food preparation, cooking, and presentation of all food offerings
- Actively maintain a complete awareness and desire for nutrition and healthy eating as well as allergens and dietary requirements
- Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved, and wastage is kept to a minimum
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
THE PERSON
- Previous experience working in the aged care or healthcare sector is highly favourable
- Excellent knowledge of allergens and dietary requirements
- Cert III in Commercial Cookery
- National Police Check (obtained, or willing to obtain)
