Roster: 8/6 – 11-hour day

What you’ll do:

• Lead, motivate, and support the ESS team to deliver exceptional service.

• Maintain and exceed cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

• Oversee daily cleaning operations, stock control, and resource allocation.

• Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with company standards.

• Deliver staff training and development to promote growth and efficiency.

• Build a collaborative, productive, and safe workplace culture.

• Proven leadership experience in a facilities, cleaning, or hospitality environment.

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Current site acknowledgment of application.

• In-date compliance requirements: NPC (if required), Medical, and DAS.
