Our end to end facilities management and project management services ensure that your infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently.

We are seeking QLD Licenced Plumbers to join our Casual Talent Pool conducting Maintenance activities across our Remote Village Accommodations. These positions will be FIFO from Brisbane Airport or DIDO if nearby to the site, locations are close to Moura, Moranbah, Middlemount, Reedy Creek, etc. Applicants available now are encouraged to apply. Works away will be either 14 or 7 days, with a minimum of 7 days RNR after each swing.

THE POSITION

• Report to Delta FM East Coast Scheduler - The Hub
• Conduct maintenance tasks including inspection, classification, repairs and planned works
• Fault finding, reactive maintenance and assisting other trades
• Repair and maintain plumbing, replacing defective washers, mending broken pipes, clogged drains etc.
• Prioritise and attend to urgent requests
• Provide mobile device workorders, updates and time estimates, including risk assessments.
• Ensure all the activities are performed in accordance with moral, ethical, legal standards and maintain best FM practice.

THE PERSON

• Current QLD Plumbing Licence
• Gasfitting licence optional but desirable
• Full C Class Drivers Licence, White Card & Police Clearane within 12 months
• Team player and able to work autonomously
• Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Able to access Brisbane Airport for ongoing works or able to DIDO from near to sites
