Head Concierge
$80k plus superannuation per annum

Our ambassadors’ key focus is to ensure our clients and guests enjoy a remarkable experience; anticipating their needs – even before they do, saving precious time and enhancing the guest experience.
THE POSITION
- Lead concierge operations to deliver outstanding service for all guests and visitors
- Manage visitor registration, pass issuance, and building access accordingly with existing security policies and procedures, proactively act in a manner that supports a healthy and safe work environment
- Liaise with stakeholders to always maintain a premium front-of-house environment and immaculate presentation of the reception.
- Support the Guest Experience Manager with reporting, compliance, and training delivery
- Act as a key contact for all guest-related enquiries
- Develop and maintain excellent relationship with client on site, respond to client feedback professionally and action service improvements where needed
THE PERSON
- Proven experience in a leadership capacity within corporate concierge, hotel reception, or guest services environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor others
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset
- Able to remain calm under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented with strong problem-solving ability
- Holds or is willing to obtain a National Police Check
* As an Australian National Police Check is required for this role the successful applicant will need to hold Full time Australian working rights*
