We are seeking Qualified Electricians looking to join the DeltaFM team on a Full-Time basis, with permanent ongoing works available.  These roles will be FIFO from Perth or DIDO for local applicants. You’ll be part of establishing the DeltaFM team conducting Village & Accommodation Maintenance. You’ll have a permanent room and a back to back team member. There is one position available and the ideal applicant will be able to commence the recruitment process now, for a July 2025 start date.

THE POSITION

• Establishing this Rio site as part of the DeltaFM portfolio
• Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
• Planned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, cleaning, fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units
• Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
• Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance, 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required, Nominee Allowance, Leading Hand, Dual Trade Allowance if applicable.

THE PERSON

• Full ARCTICK Licence & WA Restricted Electrical Licence (or working towards)
• Current CPR + LVR, C Class Australian Drivers Licence, White Card & Police Check within 12 months
• Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
• Pass a Pre-Employment Medical including Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Able to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rosters
