FIFO Electrician

We are seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join the King of the Hill team on a FIFO 14&14 Days Only roster, with permanent ongoing work available. The site is located in the WA Golfields region and is accessible via flights from Perth Airport, or DIDO for locals. This position is available now. You'll have a permanent room and a back to back team member.

$106,696 Gross Per Year + Allowances + Super

THE POSITION

• Reporting directly to the Maintenance Supervisor, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
• Typical work day includes working on planned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, fault finding troubleshooting including test, tag, isolating etc
• Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
• Prioritising works & meet rectification deadlines
• Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance, 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required, Nominee Allowance, Leading Hand Allowance if applicable

THE PERSON

• Current WA Electrical Unrestricted Licence
• Current Australian Drivers Licence, White Card
• Medical, CPR + LVR & Police Check within 12 months
• Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
• Able to Pass a Pre-Employment Medical Including Drug & Alcohol Screening
• Able to FIFO from Perth Airport or DIDO from nearby
