Executive Director – Levy, Restaurant Associates & Eurest

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and commercially astute Executive Director to lead our Levy, Restaurant Associates, and Eurest sectors. This newly created role is a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and plays a critical role in shaping the future of our culinary and hospitality services across a diverse portfolio of national and global clients.

Levy, Restaurant Associates, and Eurest are three leading brands within Compass Group, each delivering exceptional food and service experiences across distinct sectors. Levy is renowned for providing legendary hospitality at major sports, entertainment, and event venues, creating memorable moments for guests and fans. Restaurant Associates specialises in premium hospitality and fine dining, serving clients in high-profile corporate offices, cultural institutions, and landmark venues. Eurest focuses on workplace dining, delivering nutritious, sustainable, and innovative food solutions to some of the world’s largest businesses. Together, these brands reflect Compass Group’s commitment to quality, service excellence, and creating outstanding experiences every day.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive growth, elevate customer experiences, and lead a large and talented workforce of over 1,300 permanent employees (plus casuals) across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic growth plans in partnership with the Growth Lead.
• Lead the development of long-term business strategies and annual operating plans aligned with organisational objectives.
• Deliver exceptional outcomes across key performance indicators including safety, financial performance, client engagement, and employee satisfaction.
• Champion a culture of quality, safety, and integrity across all sectors.
• Drive operational excellence and innovation in service delivery, consistently exceeding client and customer expectations.
• Build and nurture strong internal and external relationships to support business growth and long-term success.
• Foster a high-performance culture focused on employee development, capability building, and recognition.
• Lead the allocation of resources (capital, people, financial) to support strategic priorities.
• Personally lead continuous improvement in safety, including food safety, from both employee and client/customer perspectives.
• Collaborate across a matrix structure to achieve sales growth and retention goals.
• Build global connections with Compass peers to leverage international best practices and service innovations.

About You

• A visible and inspirational leader with proven experience in leading large, complex operations within the hospitality, food, or service sectors.
• Deep understanding of culinary operations, customer experience, and operational excellence.
