We are seeking 1 Qualified Refrigeration Tech/ HVAC looking to join the DeltaFM Sunrise Dam team on a Full-Time Permanent basis. FIFO from Perth Airport or DIDO for local applicants. The position available is ideally an immediate start.

THE POSITION

• Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, ensuring continuity of essential Building and Engineering services in a complex environment
• Planned & preventative maintenance, attending and assessing breakdowns, cleaning, fault finding of Commercial and residential HVAC and refrigeration units
• Working in remote Accommodation Villages including Temporary and Permanent Housing, Commercial Kitchens, Dining Rooms, Laundry, Office Buildings etc.
• Prioritising works & meet rectification deadlines
• Additional Allowances available such as On Call Allowance, 3 Hour Min call out at penalty rates when required, Nominee Allowance, Leading Hand Allowance if applicable.

THE PERSON

• Full ARCTICK Licence & WA Restricted Electrical Licence, or working towards
• Current CPR + LVR & Police Check within 12 months
• Current Australian Drivers Licence, White Card
• Well versed in all maintenance process and workplace health and safety regulations
• Medical within 12 months
• Able to FIFO from Perth Airport & available for long-term ongoing rosters
